Inflammation is inevitable, repair is possible
We have been putting food in our bodies since day one. As infants, there wasn’t an option to decide on what you wanted for dinner. It has been decided for you. The same for the environment you were raised in and the gene pool you were given. Habits are created and triggers are formed in our subconscious mind from very early on. So needless to say, things have been out of your control for a while now. The stresses of life and the constant need to survive this world has left our bodies in need of repair. That’s okay. You’re not alone. Everyone from the star athlete to the man sitting next to you on the bus ride home has inflammation in the body. If you have had a life of ease and luxury, you still have encountered air pollution, less than ideal food sources, stress of some kind or even simply exposure to electronic devices we live on.

The bottom line is that our bodies have some healing to do. The question is, do you know how to listen to your body? Or have you ignored your own check engine light that’s been on since college? If your gas light comes on, you have two options: Get fuel or park it. However with our body we tend to ignore our empty tank, wait until we breakdown before we seek help. There are four stages of protocol each designed to help your body heal.
A Body in Repair: Regeneration
In Regeneration Protocol, you learn how to read your body’s language. Regeneration is the first and most important protocol. We recommend a complete 90 days if battling autoimmune or chronic health issues, 30 days if otherwise healthy. We consider this an “elimination diet” but so much much more. Designed to nourish cells and enhance food bioavailability, the Regeneration Protocol promotes cell regeneration. We do this by starting with our Cultured Probiotic Lemons
Weight loss is not a focus on this protocol, however it naturally occurs if there is weight to lose. Due to inflammation is reduced, you will lose inches and pounds. The primary goal is to heal. Walking, yoga or low impact workouts are acceptable however it is advised to focus on rest for this portion of your healing journey.

A Body in Repair: Revive
Revive protocol is focused on the mitochondria, your cell power house. You will still eat the same foods as the Regenerate Stage, but the ratios, portions, workout routines, and fasting will enhance your cellular health. Relive Protocol focuses on reintroducing foods back in your diet in a new healthy way. Now that you’ve regained control over your body, weight, and microbiome, you are in tune with yourself. (Coming soon!)

A Body in Repair: Reproduce
Reproduce Protocol is for those who are focusing on their health for the purpose of pregnancy. This plan guides you through foods that increase libido, fertility, hormone balancing and successful pregnancy, delivery, postpartum weight loss and breastfeeding. (Coming soon!)
